What is your return policy?
You may send a return request within 14 days from the order delivery date to our customer support email: hi@queenfunky.com. Please do provide your order number and reason for return so that we can process it without any delay. If it is due to a queenfunky fault, the shipping fee of return will be borne by us. Otherwise, you need to pay the shipping fee back.

Refund will be issued in 1-3 business days from returned order delivery date if our warehouse checks the returned items and confirms they are unused and in good condition. You will receive a full refund of all returned items, however, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. It will be deducted from the refund.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item, and reach out to our customer support: hi@queenfunky.com. We will review each case individually.

In some cases, we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.


What should I do if my item is damaged?

It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.

Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. Please reach out to our customer support: at hi@queenfunky.com and attach any pictures you have of the damage to the message. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.

Will COVID-19 affect shipping?

Our warehouse team is working hard to ensure you receive your orders as soon as possible but please expect a 1-3 day delay to the fulfillment of your orders. This is to ensure our staff and your packages are safe as we process your orders. Also please expect a 7-15 day delay in the delivery of your orders.

How do I cancel my order? 
We’re sorry to hear you want to cancel. You may contact us via email to submit a cancelation request anytime before the order is shipped out. Please be noted that after an order is shipped, the cancelation will fail. 

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
We'll send you an email/SMS as soon as your order is fulfilled. You can also check your account to see the progress of an order or to track it.
