Thank you for shopping at QueenFunky
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it for a refund. Please contact us at email. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Return policy:
- All purchases can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the last package.
NOTE: You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect.
Any disputes or dissatisfaction caused by non-quality issues shall be protested upon receipt of the goods/goods during transportation. For example, I am not satisfied with the product, I do not like it, maliciously exaggerate the product description and slander the established facts, and refuse to accept the package halfway on the grounds of moving or traveling. We reserve the right to provide any services for you.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and all items in the packaging must be intact. Otherwise, the buyer will be responsible for all resulting costs and no refunds will be given.
- Return postage is borne by the buyer.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
How to make your return?
Contact us at hi@queenfunky.com and we will email you authorization and return address within 48 hours if your return request is met.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your return.
After processing your refund, we will email it to you.
Fast Refund: We will refund your original payment method within one week.
Tip:
- Return packages should be authorized. Any returns not authorized by Customer Service will not be accepted.
- Items may not be returned to the address on the package you received. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
cancel order:
If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, your order will be fully refunded. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a Contact Us Help ticket. For orders canceled more than 24 hours after purchase but prior to shipping. We will not accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
